2. Delivery Timeline
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time / ET), Monday – Friday.
• Handling Time (Processing): 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) to pack and prepare your order.
• Transit Time (Shipping): 4 to 12 business days (Monday – Friday) for carrier delivery.
• Total Estimated Delivery Window: On average, your order will arrive within 5 to 15 business days (Handling + Transit combined).

4. Easy Order Tracking

5. Address Accuracy & Changes
• Changes: If you need to correct your shipping address, email us at support@pookni.com immediately. We can only apply changes before the order is shipped.
• Incomplete Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please verify with neighbors and reach out to us within 24–48 hours at support@pookni.com so we can open an official carrier investigation.
